Why Therapy?

Because according to research conducted by the World Health Organization, 350 million people worldwide suffer from depression; that is 5% of the world's population. The National Institute of Mental Health reports that, "16 million adults had at least one major depressive episode in 2012", and we at TBE Global are certain that, that number is on the incline; because of those who remain undocumented by research.    

 

The truth is that we all could use someone to talk to to help us see life from a different perspective. Les Brown says, "It's hard to see the picture from inside the frame". A possible change in perspective and an increase in doing more of the "right" things can make a world of difference. 

What Is the End Goal of Therapy?

"Because Sometimes We are Not Doing Enough of the Right Things to Get the Desired Results!"

 

The truth is you get out of your therapeutic journey what you are wiling to put into it. Our fundamental belief is that it's not that everything we do is wrong; sometimes we are simply not doing enough of the right things that will yield us the desired results. So, what do you want from your therapeutic experience? What is it that has been keeping you from creating the best version of yourself? This is your journey, I just come along side of you to help you see and experience life through a different lens.
