The Founder of TBE Global

Verily has found a way to marry over 16 years of professional and clinical experience, and the diverse experiences for her are described as nothing short of amazing because whether good or bad; her perspective is that they were necessary and valuable aspects of the journey. Verily’s professional journey began in the oil and gas sector, and along the way she realized that there was more, and she wanted it. She wanted to erase stigmas, overcome stereotypes, remove labels, and experience the best life that she believes she was designed to live! What Verily was able to discover was paramount, because she realized that the “best life” is an inside job; the “best life” begins with the “best self”, and it is out of this discovery that TBE Global LLC was formed. The recipe is quite simple, "Small change, BIG IMPACT"

Verily Harris-Harper graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University, and Highest Honors with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling From Capella University. Verily is a Nationally Certified Counselor licensed in Texas and New Jersey.

Verily also serves as a consultant to develop leaders in achieving excellence in business and their personal journeys of discovery across the country. Verily sits on the planning committee for the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI Mercer) and is certified as a Grief Recovery Specialist through the Grief Recovery Institute. Verily has utilized her therapeutic influence in non-profit, religious, and educational arenas; and is constantly taking steps in her continued evolution and to expand her clinical and professional relationships.
